Laborer/Remodeling Apprentice

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily job-site setup and cleanup, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
• Assist in various phases including demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, and finish carpentry.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading materials.
• Maintain and repair tools, manage supplies, and handle material procurement and logistics.
• Support site management activities, including dust containment, maintaining cleanliness, and securing the job-site.
• Contribute to team efforts by supporting other members in completing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience with using a tape measure, hammer, and basic power tools like cordless drills and circular saws.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Commitment to professional representation of the company and maintaining a clean, organized worksite.
• Comfortable with using technology, particularly mobile devices.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work overhead, and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime.
• Must provide basic hand tools and work boots; other equipment will be provided.
